Can golf carts be driven on City streets?

Please see Ordinance Sec 8.12 for more information. No golf carts are permitted on City streets except those who have purchased a permit for specific access to Pebble Creek Golf Course. Permitted golf carts are allowed to take the most direct route to access the golf course once the permit is obtained. The permit DOES NOT allow the cart to be driven elsewhere in the City of Becker. Those carts that are identified as electric vehicles and licensed by the State of MN are permitted on City streets and must follow all traffic rules.
